Tasjeelgram processes the account, configuration, Telegram operational data, job metadata, logs, and backup artifacts required to provide the features you choose to use.
We only process information that is necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service.
When an authorized administrator connects Google Drive for backups, Tasjeelgram requests the drive.file scope. This scope is used to create and manage backup files that Tasjeelgram creates or that the user explicitly opens with the application; it does not provide blanket access to unrelated files in the user’s Drive.
OAuth credentials used for the integration are stored by the Tasjeelgram server and protected using the application’s encrypted credential store. They are used only to perform authorized backup and restore operations.
Information is used to provide requested platform functions, execute jobs, create and restore backups, maintain security, diagnose failures, and keep an audit trail of administrative operations.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred for unrelated purposes.
We share information only when needed to operate the service, when you direct us to use an integration such as Google Drive, or when disclosure is required by law. Service providers receive only the information needed to perform their role.
Operational data and backups are retained according to the administrator’s configured retention and backup policies. Authorized administrators can remove backups from the configured storage destination.
You can revoke Tasjeelgram’s Google access at any time from your Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents future Google Drive API access until the integration is authorized again.
We use access controls, encrypted secret storage, audit logging, and operational safeguards intended to protect credentials and service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
